Refund policy

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

If you receive an item in a damaged condition or does not function as it should due to a manufacturing problem, Send us pictures or videos of the problem and our team will assist you further.

Damaged in transit

Send photos or videos of damages to us within 7 days of receiving your item and our team will assist you further. Please include photos of the box and the damage on the item.

Order cancellation

If your order has been cancelled, we will process a refund to the same card that you have been charged. Please note that these refunds can take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days. The timeframe is not something we have any control over. If after 5 business days you find that the monies still do not appear in your account, please contact us so we can follow up with the bank and payment gateway.
